Air freight

Using efficient carriers, we can suggest direct or indirect flights according to your delivery schedule. Depending on final destination, we can assure a transit time from 2 to 7 days. If time is not crucial for you we can also suggest groupage service in order to lower your expenses down. In case you would prefer a dedicated solution, we can even arrange a charter flight.

Ocean freight

We will tailor the most appropriate solution for you between FCL (Full container Load), LCL (Less Container Load), Flat rack, breakbulk or RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) according to your cargo requirements using carriers cost efficiently.

Road Freight

We can arrange haulage services as per your needs in most countries (Americas/Europe/Middle East, Africa and Asia). With the choice between our FTL (Full Truck Load) or LTL (Less Truck Load) and insure that your cargo will reach its destination as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Hazardous Cargo

Does your cargo contain any hazardous material? please make sure to let us know so we can implement a document pre-check (MSDS, Dangerous Goods Note) before finalizing your transport booking. We will verify its quantity limit and load compatibility against IATA Air Cargo and IMO Sea Cargo dangerous goods regulations.

Packing Services

Does your cargo need packing or re-packing? Thanks to our third-party packer, we will ensure that your cargo is safe and protected during transport by making the most secure and appropriate work of art.

Customs Clearance

We will make sure that your shipment has the appropriate declaration at export and import in compliance with local regulation. Please make sure that you provide us with all details (HS codes and cargo’s country of origin as it is the Shipper’s responsibility) Please feel free to ask a copy of your Export/Import declaration to keep it within records.

Cargo Surveyor

If your cargo is valuable and sensitive, please do not hesitate and ask for our cargo surveyor service who will verify its condition before departure and on arrival.

Track and trace

In collaboration with carriers and shipping lines, we offer track and trace information to our clients so that you can follow your cargo’s transit up to its final destination.

Warehousing and distribution

Do you wish to build a consolidation point for your distribution? Please let us know so we can find most appropriate and secured location to store your products. We make sure that our selected facilities are equipped with storage racks, CCTV and forklifts to facilitate loading and unloading process.

Inventory management

Upon request, we can arrange dedicated inventory management to evaluate your stock in real time in our warehouse, yard or at quay.

Documentation

In addition to the classic set of documents provided by Shipper (Commercial Invoice and Packing List), we are able to assist providing the following additional: Dangerous Goods Forms, Certificate of Origin, Document waivers for African countries (BESC, BITEC, BSC, CEE, CNCA, CTN, ECTN), translated commercial invoice in the language of destination and HS Code review to match with destination requirements.

Cargo Insurance

Your shipment needs insurance? We can suggest our ad-valorem insurance in case the value of your cargo exceed our liability stated in our terms and conditions. Please speak to a member of our team for an estimate.
